Why use To-Do List?

This to-do list keeps things deliberately simple: type a task, pick a priority of High, Normal, or Low, and add it to the list. Every change, adding a task, checking it off, deleting it, is written to this browser's local storage immediately, so refreshing the page or coming back tomorrow shows the same list exactly where you left it. There is no account to create and no sync step, which also means the list stays on this device and browser rather than following you to another one. Open tasks are sorted with High priority at the top, then Normal, then Low, so the most urgent items stay visible without you having to reorder anything manually. Checking a task off moves it to the bottom of the list with a strikethrough rather than deleting it immediately, and the Clear completed button removes every finished task in one step once you are ready to tidy up. A live counter shows how many open tasks remain, and because everything runs as JavaScript in your browser, nothing you type is ever transmitted anywhere.
